The first step is to complete a detailed profile including employment history, education, languages spoken, licenses and certifications as well as any skills you have acquired throughout your finance career.

The Candidate will receive an email indicating a “Connection Request from an Employer” allowing them to assess the prospective opportunity and either:

1. Accept the Employer’s invitation to connect thereby starting communication.

2. Decline the Employer’s request and remain anonymous.
